Privacy Policy

Jarve (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us through our website, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project. If you request a Payback Report, we collect your name and email address so we can send its private link. Phone details are collected only if you provide them in a later booking or enquiry step. Advertising click identifiers and campaign details may also be stored when you arrived from an ad, but we do not put your name, email address, or phone number into the page URL.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide project quotes
  • Create, email, and follow up on a Payback Report you request
  • Deliver the services you have engaged us for
  • Send project updates and relevant communications
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

Advertising Measurement

Our Contact and Payback forms include an optional advertising-measurement choice. If you tick it, we may send Google Ads a hashed email address or phone number that you provided, together with an advertising click identifier and the later outcome of your enquiry. We use this only to measure which Google Ads enquiries become clients.

Leaving the choice unticked does not affect your enquiry or report, and means we do not use your submitted contact details for Google Ads customer-data matching. This choice does not sign you up for marketing and does not permit personalised advertising or remarketing. You can contact us to withdraw it for future matching.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal information.

Our Google Ads tag loads with advertising storage set to denied. In this mode, Google does not set advertising cookies, but it can still receive cookieless measurement messages when pages load or a report is saved. These messages can include the time, basic browser details, the referring page, consent settings, and an indication that the visit included an advertising click identifier. They help us measure and model advertising results. This cookieless tag measurement is separate from the optional contact matching described above.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Supabase— database hosting and authentication for client projects
  • Vercel— website hosting and deployment
  • Plausible Analytics— privacy-focused website analytics
  • Google Ads— advertising and conversion measurement
  • Sentry— error monitoring to improve site reliability
  • Cal.com— hosted appointment scheduling when you choose to book a call
  • Google— calendar and meeting services and cookieless advertising measurement

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their respective terms.

Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Where that occurs, we assess the provider and limit the information shared to what is needed for the stated purpose.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for future communications or advertising measurement
