Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us through our website, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your project. If you request a Payback Report, we collect your name and email address so we can send its private link. Phone details are collected only if you provide them in a later booking or enquiry step. Advertising click identifiers and campaign details may also be stored when you arrived from an ad, but we do not put your name, email address, or phone number into the page URL.

Advertising Measurement

We may record a standard Google Ads conversion after a successful enquiry so we can measure whether an ad led to contact.

We do not send the email address or phone number submitted through our Contact or Payback forms to Google Ads for customer-data matching. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing, personalised advertising or remarketing.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal information.

Our Google Ads tag loads with advertising storage set to denied. In this mode, Google does not set advertising cookies, but it can still receive cookieless measurement messages when pages load or a report is saved. These messages can include the time, basic browser details, the referring page, consent settings, and an indication that the visit included an advertising click identifier. They help us measure and model advertising results. This cookieless tag measurement does not use submitted email addresses or phone numbers for customer-data matching.

ChatGPT advertising measurement

When a ChatGPT ad supplies a click reference, we temporarily keep that reference in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so it survives navigation between pages. This stores no contact details and sends nothing to OpenAI. If you tick the optional OpenAI measurement box on our contact form, after your enquiry is saved our server sends OpenAI an enquiry event. It includes a unique event reference, event timing, our website origin and the ChatGPT advertising click reference from the current URL or temporarily stored in this tab, when present. We do not send your name, email, phone number, message, IP address or browser details. We do not load the OpenAI browser pixel or use automatic customer-data matching. The event opts out of future user-level personalisation. Leaving the box unticked sends no OpenAI event and does not affect your enquiry. Your choice applies only to that submission.

• Supabase— database hosting and authentication for client projects
• Vercel— website hosting and deployment
• Plausible Analytics— privacy-focused website analytics
• Google Ads— advertising and conversion measurement
• Sentry— error monitoring to improve site reliability
• Cal.com— hosted appointment scheduling when you choose to book a call
• Google— calendar and meeting services and cookieless advertising measurement

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data in accordance with their respective terms.

Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Where that occurs, we assess the provider and limit the information shared to what is needed for the stated purpose.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for future communications
