Simple, Transparent Pricing
Fixed-price packages for every stage of your project. No hourly rates, no surprises.
We quote a fixed price for every project after a short scoping call. You know exactly what you're paying before we write a single line of code — no hourly billing, no retainers that creep up over time, and no change requests that blow out the budget without your approval.
Pricing depends on complexity, not time. An MVP that replaces a spreadsheet costs less than a full platform with user roles, payments, and integrations. We scope tightly so you only pay for what you actually need right now — and we build it so you can add more later without starting over.
If the pricing question is really about removing repeat admin, reporting, research, CRM updates, QA, or handoffs, start with AI workflow automation. It explains how Jarve scopes practical AI workflows before quoting the build. For teams comparing fixed-price project options against a broader software build, see our custom software development services page.
Every package includes design, development, testing, deployment, and a stated post-launch support period. Depending on the project, included support is usually one to four weeks. Hosting typically runs $50-200/month on modern cloud infrastructure, and you own the code outright from day one.

Packages By Project Type
What each price band usually includes
$5–12K · MVP
One core workflow, essential screens, authentication where needed, testing, deployment, and one week of post-launch support.
$12–25K · Web app
Broader workflows, integrations, admin and reporting, role-based access, deployment, and two weeks of post-launch support.
$15–40K · Custom software
Complex business rules, architecture, integrations, data work, testing, documentation, handover, and a support period confirmed in the quote.
These are indicative AUD ranges, not instant quotes. User roles, data migration, integrations, security requirements, and the number of workflows can move a project between bands.

Let's Talk About Your ProjectPricing Questions
Why fixed-price instead of hourly?
Hourly billing incentivises slow work and penalises efficiency. Fixed pricing means you know exactly what you're paying before we start, and we're motivated to deliver quickly because our margin improves with speed, not hours.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Small adjustments within the original scope are included at no extra cost. If you want to add significant new features, we scope and price them separately so there are no surprises. You always approve additional costs before we start any new work.
Do you charge for maintenance after launch?
Every quote states its included post-launch support period before work begins. Depending on the project, this is usually one to four weeks. After that, ongoing maintenance is optional and starts from $500/month for monitoring, security updates, and priority support. You keep the code if you do not take a retainer.
Can I start with an MVP and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with an MVP ($5K-$12K) to validate their idea with real users, then graduate to a full web app or custom software build once they have traction. We architect MVPs so they scale cleanly — you won't need to start from scratch.
Hosting and support after launch
Hosting is normally paid directly to the cloud provider and commonly sits around $50-200/month for the types of systems described here, although traffic, storage, email, AI usage, and third-party services can increase it. Maintenance is a separate, optional service. The fixed build price, cloud bills, and ongoing support are shown as separate lines so ownership costs stay visible.
