How It Works

A support coordinator shortlisting providers gives each website about a minute. They are looking for four things: what services you deliver, which areas you cover, whether you are taking new referrals, and how to send one. Most provider sites bury at least two of those, so the coordinator gives up and works down the list. We structure the site around those four answers and put the referral path on every page. Accessibility is the other half of the job, and it is not decoration here. Your visitors include people using screen readers, people who need larger text, and people who find dense pages hard to process. A site that locks them out is failing the person actually choosing a provider. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard: real heading structure, tested colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, properly labelled forms, and text that resizes without the layout breaking. The build itself is the same as our other websites. Next.js, quick to load on a phone, one clear action per page, a fixed price agreed before anything starts, and you own the code and the content at the end.

Our Process

1

Services & Referral Paths

We map the services you deliver, the regions you cover, and how a referral actually reaches your team today. That structure becomes the site map.

2

Accessible Build

Design and build to WCAG 2.2 AA, tested with a keyboard and a screen reader rather than assumed. Fast, mobile-first pages on Next.js.

3

Enquiry & Referral Flow

Referral and enquiry forms that are easy to complete, confirm receipt to the sender, and land in the inbox your intake team is watching.

4

Launch & Handover

Live with a real domain, SSL, and analytics. You get the code, the content, and a short walkthrough so your team can update service pages without calling us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle accessibility?

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as the standard, not an upgrade. That covers heading structure, colour contrast, keyboard navigation, form labels, focus states, and text resizing. We test with a keyboard and a screen reader before launch rather than relying on an automated score alone. Accessibility is a legal and practical expectation in disability services, and it is also the difference between a participant using your site and leaving it.

Can support coordinators send referrals through the site?

Yes. We build the referral form around the information your intake team actually needs, confirm receipt to the coordinator so they know it arrived, and route it to the right inbox. If you already use a CRM or intake system, we can send referrals straight into it instead of email.

How much does an NDIS provider website cost?

The sensible starting point depends on the workflow, integrations, approvals, and exception handling involved. We begin with the smallest useful first step, then provide a clear scope and price before development starts.

Do we need to be a registered provider to work with you?

No. We build for both registered and unregistered providers. The difference shows up in what the site can claim and how you present your registration status, which we set up correctly for your situation. We build the website and get your details presented clearly and accurately; we are not NDIS compliance advisers, so anything you must formally certify stays with you or your adviser.

Can you work with our existing logo and branding?

Yes. If you have brand guidelines we work inside them, and we will flag anything that fails contrast requirements so it can be adjusted for accessibility without losing the look. If your branding is thin, we can keep the design simple and clear rather than invent a whole identity you did not ask for.
