Flat Glass CRM Workflow
Leads, visits, quotes, proposals, invoices, jobs, and contractor updates can become hard to track when each step lives in a different tool or inbox thread.
We turned the process into one joined-up workflow: enquiries become leads, leads become visits and quotes, accepted work moves into jobs, and the right people see the right next action.
A public website plus private admin CRM, quote/proposal workflows, invoice and payment-adjacent flows, client proposal responses, contractor job views, and handover-ready project structure.
Only public marketing imagery is shown. No client names, quote values, proposal tokens, payment schedules, contractor records, private job notes, or internal dashboard screenshots are shown.
This is evidence of delivered workflow breadth, not a claim about revenue or time saved. The public case shows that Jarve connected the steps around a specialist flat-glass sale: lead capture, site visits, quoting, proposal responses, jobs, invoices, and separate client and contractor access.
The proof is deliberately bounded. No private records or invented performance figures are used. Sensitive dashboards, quote values, payment schedules, client records, and contractor notes remain private.
We can turn the messy version of the problem into a practical first build, then keep the private parts private.
