The problem

Marketplace products have many moving parts. Listings, offers, checkout, subscriptions, payouts, refunds, reports, and account settings all need to behave reliably together.

What changed

We focused on the sensitive workflows where mistakes create user trust problems, then tightened the implementation and verification around those paths.

What shipped

A hardening pass across marketplace frontend and backend flows, including listing journeys, offer/order handling, checkout/payment reliability, payout-adjacent states, reporting, and account flows.
